Bespoke projects
Investing in excellent design and workmanship is a commitment to the quality of your home or workspace, and therefore your life. For this reason Emo Modern Furniture provides a complete and professional service right from initial consultation to final installation.
Fitted furniture
If you are based in the Isle of Man and looking to commission fitted furniture, free consultations are available at your home or workplace at your convenience.
Free-standing furniture - 'hourglass' collection.
If something catches your eye from our free-standing collection, please call on 07624 460002 or contact us here. Commission time for these items is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. All items are expertly finished from a wide selection of colour-ways. With prior agreement, smaller items can be shipped to the UK at Courier cost.
Bespoke (unfitted) cabinetry, blackboards, noticeboards and house signage are also available for commission. If you're unsure exactly what you want, inspire yourself with a tour of our gallery.
Whatever your household or office project we would love to hear about it. Free telephone consultations are available for non-fitted furniture, or you can visit in person at The Workshops, Braust Farm, Andreas.
House Signage costings begin at £600. Emo signs are made to stand the test of time, are fully guaranteed and bespoke. Price includes design, creation and (locally only), installation.
Project commencement
Once a project has been agreed, design and costing will be forwarded within 7 days. Costing reflects superior quality design, materials, service, workmanship, installation and includes VAT. A 50% down payment is required before commencement of work, with the final 50% payable upon completion - and before delivery and installation.
RETURN AND REFUND
Our Policies
As all our products are commissioned items, (for exceptions see below), due to the nature of the work, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. This is an agreement entered into between Emo Modern Furniture and the client and all correspondence regarding the above shall be carried out between the same. In the unlikely event that Emo Modern Furniture cannot create your item, any monies paid in advance will be refunded.
This policy is relevant to all Emo products including our free-standing range and other home items, as well as bespoke fitted furniture.
Exceptions: If deemed unsuitable for any reason, our Anemo heads (small size only), may be returned to The Workshops, Braust Farm, Andreas, IM7 4ES, within 14 days of receipt. These must be securely wrapped with both goods and packaging in their original condition. A full refund will be issued once returned goods are received and within 30 days. Returns are at the customer's risk, and no refund will be given if goods are returned in damaged condition, or not received at all.

SHIPPING
Delivery and installation is included in the cost of all locally commissioned fitted furniture.
All local on-line orders over £100 can be delivered free of charge. Smaller Isle of Man items can be collected from our workshop in Andreas, or will be securely packaged and delivered via the Isle of Man Post Office.
UK orders are securely packaged and delivered via our Courier at Courier rates.
